Jim’s is an honest place with some talented professionals. I’ve been taking my cars there since I was 16. The owner checks every job himself to make sure his employees are meeting his standards. Waiting isn’t a problem either: they have a leather reclining couch, coffee, and TV. After your car is done, Jim himself will explain to you himself what they found, why it’s a problem and how they fixed it. We need more places like this in Rochester.
