In the process of collecting items from my mother’s estate, Karma Consignments took several pieces that were clearly marked for my sister. Despite repeated requests, they have refused to return them to my family. Their staff also damaged the floor and did not clean up after themselves, even though that was the agreement. Finally, given the disparity between what was paid and what they are selling these(stolen) goods for, it’s pretty clear they make a practice of preying on people during a vulnerable time. A despicable establishment run by foul people.

Went into Karma to shop on one of our Sunday junkets. We had been here several times and this time when I walked in I asked where the restroom was. The woman at the desk informed me that they did not have a public restroom. Karma is a large place. One could easily spend over an hour browsing. In my opinion, not allowing their customers the use of their facilities is a poor practice. On another note, there are some interesting things in this shop but their prices are high. Karma, when you decide to open up your facilities, post it on Unilocal and we may be back.
