i am so satisfied with my eyeglass purchase! i did a walk in way overdue eye exam($ 60 which is extremely reasonable) within 10 – 20 mins while selecting my style. Technicians, doctors, and salesfloor folks were all very knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. Valerie completed my order in 10 minutes tops. Four business days later, got my frames and lens all for an awesome price because their lens were 50% off with a frame purchase. They have a huge selection of frames and are very proficient with their sales by making it convenient and fast. just what i needed, walk in/walk out a happy customer!!!

Very friendly and accommodating! This is a well managed store. It stands in stark contrast to the location in Eastview Mall. While the staff there is very friendly, this store stands heads and shoulders above it. I find the dedication to customer service at the Marketplace location to be exemplary. Perhaps it is retail fatigue that affects the staff at the Eastview location?

Went in today to get a pair of new glasses. I also needed a form for the DMV to renew my license. The receptionists were a little cold, but everyone else I dealt with was super helpful and pleasant. Andrea was the young woman who did my preliminary exams, and I found her delightful, patient, and kind. She was very professional and knowledgeable for her age — I strongly suggest asking for her when you visit! My doctor(pardon, I do not recall her name unfortunately) was also very kind, professional, cheerful, and understanding. I have a rare eye disorder and have had the unfortunate experience of visiting optometrists who had no idea what the disorder was — yikes! She noticed my astigmatism right away and could tell which eyes were effected by which disorder(I have several) — the prescription she assigned me is perfect! Dan helped me fit my frames and he was very sweet and took the time to explain all of my options. Usually eyeglasses places want for you to buy the most expensive items on the shelf but after he explained my choices, the pros and cons of each, and I still wanted to go with my usual choice, he was still as cheerful and pleasant as before. I chose to get my glasses in the«about an hour» timeframe which wound up being about four hours. This was okay with me because my eyes had been dilated for the examination and I didn’t feel safe driving home. However, after the lenses had been made incorrectly not once, but two times, I think that most customers would become very angry, especially if they are told that there are new technicians making the errors — for example, they actually SWITCHED the prescriptions so that my left eye had the right eyes prescription and vice-verse — whooooaaa nelly! I am very satisfied with the customer service until that point, and so I would go back, but I also was thinking to myself, «I’ve spent more time in the mall today than I have in my entire life… I’ve been waiting for my glasses for well beyond the ‘about an hour’ time frame — shouldn’t I get some free glasses cleaner or something? A discount on my glasses?» I would definitely return here, but I think a lot of people would never come back after an experience like this.
