Magically Clean Carpet

I have known Tony through several incarnations. As a massage therapist, as the owner of Magically Clean Carpets, etc. Tony has been a vendor for an organization I work with called RARES. That organization provides discounts to companies and their employees thorughout Rochester and the Norheast.
I have not used Tony’s services at Magically Clean. My review comes as a client and former promoter of his services.
All I can say is that Tony has not treated our members well. Over the years, I have had several complaints about his services, both as a massage therapist and as the owner of Magically Clean. It’s not about the work itself. It’s about his business practices and how he treats his clients with regard to $.
RARES suspended Tony’s membership and will not allow Magically Clean Carpets to be a member of the association again nor will we allow Tony Cox to work again with our association. We were burned a few times. We should have learned our lesson. I’m warning others before it’s too late.

I bought a Living Social coupon for magic clean and just had them in to clean the carpets this morning. Tony the owner was very personable and he did a very good job of bringing back the luster in our carpets. We have a large Golden Retriever and a cat, so keeping the carpets clean can be a chore.
