Had an iced coffee this evening. Upon drinking it something came up the straw and into my mouth. It was some meat like substance with hair in it. I’m disgusted. Dumped my drink out and remembered why I rarely if ever go there.

Horrible. Every time I have gone to this McDonald’s I’ve gotten ripped off whether my large fry ends up not even 2/​3s full or my Mcflurry not even completely full. If I am paying for a large, I should be getting a large meal. It’s a joke.

This is THE WORST McDonalds I have ever been to in my life. First of all, the parking lot is dangerous because of the strange way it is set up. Then the main entrance was not marked and not clear. After entering you see LCD TVs at the tables and modern décor, which doesn’t make it feel like a McDonalds. The inside is also set up weirdly because the counter to order was far away from the main door and facing the wrong way. Also, they took a long time to get my order, and naturally messed it up twice! Worst experience ever.

When I eat here, I almost always use the drive through. I can’t remember a time that I’ve had bad service. Fast, friendly people man the windows. One time I had to wait a couple more minutes for my mocha. The server brought it out with a coupon for a free small mocha on my next visit. One helpful hint: prepare to wait a long time to go eastbound on 2nd st. The intersection on 2nd street is not controlled. You’re going to have to jockey two different street lights to the east and west. Since it’s close to the hospital, traffic will be heavy. Sometimes I just head west and circle around some blocks to get where i’m going.

This is one of the nicest McDonalds locations that I have been to. The décor is quite stylish with numerous televisions and many different forms of seating. The staff got our very intricate order correct and were quick to fill it. Definitely will continue to use this location.

Stopped here for a breakfast bite.
New LCD TVs at some of the booths. Looks like a recent re-​design to be more colorful and modern with squares of new-​ish art styles in various locations, and a gameboy and playground area for the kids.
Standard menu, and the service was decent, friendly, and they’re open from 5a-​1a in the lobby, 24 – 7 drive-​thru. Clean for a McD’s, and they had no problem fixing any issues with our order.
