So I stop here on occasion on my way into downtown. They have a double ordering lane but never use it. One lane is always blocked. In the morning, when a rush is inevitable, they never have the pay window working — so you have to pay/get your food from the second window which slows the line down dramatically. I don’t get it. They have the ability to be more efficient yet they refuse to use the available resources they have. I never get a «good morning» or anything via the drive thru speaker — I get a «What can I get you» — always by a girl with zero personality — mumbling her way through her job. I laughed at her literally the other morning. Why would you take a fast food job and work the drive thru if you don’t want to talk to people? Go make the burgers and call it a day. Not everyone should be customer facing. It’s just always slow. Whomever manages this location needs to staff up and use the resources you have to make the experience faster and more efficient. We don’t have all the time in the world in the AM, before work, to sit in a compacted drive thru for 20 – 30 minutes for an egg white mcmuffin!

WORSTMCDONALD’S INNEWYORK! Guarantee you will wait 15 – 20 mins in drive thru and you will get attitude from most people that work there. Don’t think going inside is better, I’ve been asked for money by the drink fountain and heard the n word several times by the people working in the back, texting while there’s 10 – 15 cars waiting.

«Worst McDonalds in the city, took 45 min to get through 12 cars at 11pm, food was horrible. Go elsewhere.»

Nice to see a late-night drive through close to where I was staying. Food came out fast, actually correct(even though they didn’t mark the one grill order for no onion), and fairly priced(2 ate for about $ 11.50). Though not particularly talky, the drive through people were courteous throughout the visit… something I normally don’t experience in some McDonalds.

As mentioned, this place is usually packed. They tend to make a lot of mistakes on orders but given the constant stream of people it’s not surprising. This is a 24⁄7 McDs, but be prepared to wait in line for your food at any hour. NOTE: This location is right next to a high school. Supposedly, they will refuse service to high-school-age students during school hours.

After two it is overcrowded with East High school students… Standing around. Go after 3 or before school is out– it’s fine!
