This is the best experience I have had at a shop. I am a teacher and I don’t have much money or time. He is very honest and he let me know what was wrong with my car and what it would take to fix it.
I have sent all of my family to Mr Gerby and they all have great things to say. I intend to go there for many more years.
Although it’s hard to hear that your car a needs a repair… He is a straight shooter. I give him my highest rating.

I went to Monroe Brake and Motor service for a few issues my vehicle was having. I called ahead and they got me right in. The owner was right at the shop to make certain I was welcomed. Immediately recognized the clean and professional environment. Super convenient location right near East and Alexander. Not many bonafide shops in that area. I was shuttled to my work, they promptly called me with the estimate before starting the job. Very fair price and great work. All issues handled and it’s running like it’s new! Big Thanks to Gabrielle and his team!

I have never met a more honest, friendly, and knowledgable business owner. Gabriel’s professionalism and customer service were beyond stellar. I have since sent my wife, in laws, and my parents vehicles to be serviced. Gabriel treated each family member with respect and dignity. My in-​laws who are very difficult people were very impressed (my mother in law can drive anybody insane) Gabriel handled her with the greatest of ease. She wanted to set him up with my sister in law. The only thing my crazy mother in-​law was upset with was that he was happily married with children. No matter how big or small the job. Each customer was treated equally and fair. If you have any auto issues or need repairs. Run to Monroe brake! Don’t walk! RUN!
