overpriced beyond measure. clothes never look pressed. I could do better with a steamer. customer service non-​existent. I’d rather drive to Minneapolis to drop my clothes.

1. I dropped off 3 items at 8:30AM on Thursday and they were not ready for pickup until 5:30PM the following Monday. 2. The dress that was in perfect condition, except the splash of clear caprisun my daughter got on it (satin so it was noticable), is now ruined! They charged me $ 12.18 to ruin a perfectly good «dry clean only» dress… I could have gotten better results by putting it in my washer and dryer at home! I will never go here again.

A very irresponsible place. They don’t read your label. Just throw things into their machine. If you do want to use them, make sure that you do not put anything with instructions more than «dry clean». My trench coat has leather wrapped buckle and required being wrapped when dry cleaned. They didn’t follow the instructions. What’s more irritated, the owner said, «it’s just a coat. it’s not the end of the world.» Frankly say, that’s the rudest word to a customer I have ever heard. I would rate them zero if allowed.
Updates: I did give you three weeks to fix the problem. Did you fix it? No. Anyway, for anyone who wants to consider their service, don’t put your favorite garments that needs specific care with them. As the owner had shown himself below, he really does NOT care.

They are fast and pretty cheap but sometimes my stuff doesn’t get as clean as hoped. I keep coming to them because they are fast and friendly.

On my first visit, I needed to repeat my phone number several times (speaking with normal clarity) before the front clerk got it right. When I went to pick up my pieces several days later, it took the worker a few moments to track me down because the clerk on that first day also misspelled my name. The clerks then brought out both my clothes and several pieces that were not mine, apparently because that first clerk tagged someone else’s clothes with my order!
I picked out my pieces, paid for them, and left. Several days later, the store called me and accused me of taking the clothes that were not mine! Then, as I explained the situation, someone in the store found the clothes they were accusing me of taking, which suggests that they did not search well enough before calling me and blaming me for the store’s mistakes.
On top of that, the store failed to remove fresh oil stains I had pointed out on a shirt. I was still charged, of course. Other pieces might or might not have been cleaned at all, for all I could tell.
That was my first and last visit to this business. Why the heck would I ever go back? Having read my story, why the heck would you ever take your clothes there?

Amazing services and great w customers! I just had my first experience and there was a mistake with billing and they were quick and extremely professional in fixing it. Kudos.

Erica and I just moved to town and were recommended to this particular Natures Best Cleaners. We were very pleased with the service which was prompt and courteous. They have a pickup and delivery service which is free if you have more than 12 dollars (I think) business with them. The prices were in line with local cleaners but the service was awesome which makes it somewhat of a value.
Overall, we will continue to work with them and you should check them out if you’re in need.
