I cannot believe how they try to pass off what they have as food. I have seen more tender field corn. The broccoli and green beans were gray and I couldn’t pick it up with the serving spoon as it was total mush. Biscuits and cake were so overly baked and dried out, that I could barely chew them. It is also rather difficult to find a dish clean enough to eat from. A great deal of the coffee cups are stained beyond recognition. I will give a thumbs up for the black eyed peas and pork. Very flavorful with a nice amount of heat. I have been to this restaurant many times over the years, but this was my last visit.

Food was way too salty. Everything I tried was loaded with sodium except the salad bar. Now I know why I haven’t been in 20 years.

For whatever reason my son loves this place — so we find ourselves here more than I care to be. If you go during normal dinner times the food on the buffet is decent. I can usually find at least something to eat as a main course after my salad. The desserts look inviting but beware of the freshness… some of them feel and taste like they’ve been sitting out for days. I do have to give them props for having great drink selections — including a couple different icee flavors!

Food is cold… lacks choices… and they messed with the desserts. Why take away the orange sherbet AND the carrot cake??? Won’t be going back.

This place used to be half way decent but not anymore. The food is dried out and cold. We had to ask that they bring out a new roast beef as the one there was awful looking, like it had sat there all day. We were only told they would have to ask a manager. The new single serving sizes makes the food dry out and get cold faster. The whole place has become filthy, it’s like none of the management even cares anymore. This place started going downhill a couple months ago but after last nights experience it has hit rock bottom. They have lost a customer, we’ll never go back!

This place is great. Perfect for a cheap city employee, such as myself. I love Chicken!

There is friendly staff to this place, but the downfall is the food is Horrid, it’s dirty, I seen food under a table that had mold/fur ha ha ha, if your hungry and want a buffet I guess come here, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

Not clean or well kept. Food was cold and old. Carpet was dirty and it smelled like mildew. The booth next to us was torn and fixed with scotch tape. Would NEVER go back. r

So apparently you have to get your ketchup from a tub with a spoon now. Yuck. same with some of the other condiments that used to come in a bottle. Questionable. Also I have to avoid the creepy male staff that are constantly hitting on the women there. Annoying. Too bad this is the only buffet in rochester with American food.

First thing you see is the outside, which really needs major upgrades. Should have turned around and not went in. Then you get inside, and see it could use a good cleaning as well. The food choices are very limited for a buffet, and the food was flavorless. I think it caters to people that have lost their taste buds. You think Buffets Inc would set the same standards throughout their buffet brands. But seems like their Ryan’s brand offers more flavorable food, and more choices. Both my wife and I had upset stomaches within a half hour of leaving. I reccomend going elsewhere.

What a dirty place. Trash on the floor. Buffett tables look horrible. Food everywhere. Not my ideal place for dinner. Lighted sign outside was half burnt out. What a classy place when the bust boy was hitting on the guests.

This place rocks, I can stuff myself and the kids for cheap! Can’t beat that. Its no Michaels, but its hot and has a huge selection. Ofcourse the only drawback is I always over eat here.

My wife and I are both fat as fuck, so this place is perfect for us! We can literally eat as much as we want! And we do! Believe me, we do! It’s also a great place for us to meet and mingle with other fat people like us. I would comment on each individual food item(believe me, I’ve had them all), but I always just pile everything onto my plate and mix it all up, so I never actually get to try an item by itself. But the mixture of everything together tastes phenomenal. I usually go up to the buffet with at least 2 plates. That’s the way to do it. When we’re finished with our slop, it’s time for dessert! And holy fuck is it a good dessert! I get the ice cream with sprinkles, chocolate, caramel, butterscotch, peanuts, chocolate chips, gummy bears, oreo crumbs, graham cracker crumbs, bread pudding, strawberries, hot fudge, and whipped cream. They only give you little bowls for dessert, so what I usually do is just fill up like 15 different bowls of shit and then pile it onto a few clean plates. My wife usually does the same. Sometimes we split it though if she’s not as hungry for dessert as me. That tends to happen if they have mac & cheese that night, because my wife is a sucker for mac & cheese, especially when you throw a little bit of bacon on that bitch. My only complaint is that the doors don’t automatically open for you when you walk in or out. It would be nice if we didn’t have to push the door open to get out. We will definitely return — probably tonight, in fact. We’ll also be back tomorrow. Might even hit it up after that, too.
