I had an abdominal hysterectomy done by Dr McKeon in April. Not that I enjoyed having surgery, but everyone(nurses, doctor, or people, etc) couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. I didn’t see the nurses as much the second night as I had a difficult neighbor, but they did check on me and did whatever was needed when I called. No complaints at all. The nurses were on the ball… no delays as far as what they needed to do per doctor’s orders. Food service was nice. They had a large menu of things I could call to order(like room service). The nurses helped guide me what to order as my time progressed there. It didn’t take too long to get anything from them. Everyone made sure I had all my information before I left and that I was ok to go. I’m still waiting for billing to go through, but the business office was very good at getting things set with insurance before hand.(I actually had to cancel once due to insurance not committing to payments. It was nice that they were honest with me.)
