It was my first time at this facility the receptionist Michael was very kind when taking my information. When speaking he was courteous; we spoke about Hawaii and how his family
Is from there and how my name reminded him of an Islanders. John the lab specialist handle my specimens really well and took care of the process professionally. I would come here again if
Needed in the future.
I had questions regarding their processes and why they do what they do. I asked about why they put coloring into the toilet bowl, and why I had to pee past a certain line in the cup. He answered very politely and gave me great answers to the questions.
The answer to the first question was:
” So people don’t use the water as a specimen sample and say it’s their pee for the drug tests“
Second Answer:
” there is a thermometer an inch above the line, to make sure the specimens are fresh. Its Important that the temperature is between is 90– 100° to ensure authenticity and that its fresh”.
