WARNING!!! «Brad P» (the reviewer who so generously lauded this business with five stars) is actually the owner of this OxiFresh Carpet Cleaning franchise!
My sister-​in-​law has been trying to rectify a poorly done cleaning job with «Brad P» for six months. After hearing nothing from him for months, he explained in an email that his technician had been deleting her messages and that said technician had since been fired. That was the only time «Brad P» contacted her. Since then, three months of phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. OxiFresh Carpet Cleaning has neither refunded her money nor returned to clean the carpet.
Save yourself the headache and hire someone else to do your carpet cleaning!
