Payless Shoesource

Took my friend here to buy safe-​t-​step shoes for work & they screwed him over.
He saw that the shoes were on sale and tried them on. the woman handed the box to him herself!!!
and when he went to pay for them she whinned to the other staff member who said sorry these are NEVER on sale. I was appalled they way they acted & the way they said SOMEONE must have put the tag on them. WTF! WE DIDN’T DO SUCH A THING!
Never shop here & if you do video tape you NOT PUTTING A SALE PRICE ON A PAIR OF SHOES OR THEY MAY ACT LIKE YOU DID
Worse store ever!

I think this location because It is not as tempting as the mall. I know I can go to the store I need, Payless, and not get sucked in by another store.
I have been to this location a few times but after seeing a pair of shoes in an add that I REALLY wanted, I decided to stop here to see if they had them in stock. They did, and I am 4 inches taller and very happy.
This store has a pretty good variety. It doesn’t seem like they get too busy as whenever I go, they are pretty dead. That is helpful because then they are hardly ever out of stock of the shoe I want when I go.
This recent trip the shoes I wanted were originally $ 39.99 and on sale for $ 24.99 and I had a 15% off coupon so I got a very good deal on them.
The cashier this most recent trip was a little pushy. I couldn’t tell if she was bored or if she really wanted a sale. She was going to get the sale no matter what, I just had to decide on the size that fit me better. I wish she would have left me alone for a bit but it wasn’t enough to make me not want to purchase anything from the store and it wasn’t enough to keep me from going there in the future.
Payless has really stepped their game up on good shoes hat are a good quality for the price you pay. I will continue to come to this location and I will continue to shop this brand.
