I recently purchased an outfit from the Peppertree at a Holiday Boutique. Unfortunately, my husband did not like the top, so I took it with the receipt back to the store some distance from my home. I was very disappointed to discover they would not refund my money. I had never been to this store, but the sales personnel ignored me while they chatted with a group of women who evidentially are regulars. If someone had offered some assistance, perhaps I could have found a replacement. I’d like to say I’ll never go back to this store, but obviously I’ll have to return in order to use my merchandise credit.
