Total old school gym! They have pics up on wall of all the greats who have trained there. The equipment is amazing! Straight from the 70’s, they even have a posing room. Only serious lifters would appreciate this spot! Only downside is that they do need to clean up all the dust… need a cleaning lady ASAP … That is only a minor infraction for the serious greatness vibes you get by being in there!

This is a total old school gym. It’s a great place to lift but they also have treadmills and elliptical machines. A lot of older muscled guys there but they are pretty nice so don’t be intimidated. It’s somewhat gritty but it’s old school cool.
