Filthy hallways, and public areas. The pools were disgusting. Very strong chloramine smell coming from the pool that hits you everywhere in this hotel.(Chloramine=chlorine plus human urine and other body fluids) there was dirt and mold on the bottom of this pool! The room was cleaned daily, but sheets are only changed if you ask. The curtains in the room were torn and VISIBLY filthy and stained. Bottom line: Ew. Stay elsewhere.

We stayed here during our cross country trip thus summer. Not a bad hotel, but not great either. They had a decent little water park inside that the kiddos were able to expel some energy. I would stay here again if passing through, but wouldn’t go out of my way to stop here. The room had a slight moldy smell to it, but wasn’t too bad.

This is a pretty good Ramada out of all the Ramada’s i had been staying at for the past couple of month! the rooms are newly remodel, have a pretty good fitness center and a pretty big pool. Near a bunch of shopping area with walking distant.

Don’t stay here, if you want peace and quite time. Lout kids everywhere(its a winter retreat for locals). The pool has brown stains. There were fries floating in the pool. The rooms stink like swimming pool. The beds squeeze. Don’t eat the breakfast, go instead around the corner to the coffee shop next to the gas station.

We held an event in the Ramada Rochester conference center. The staff was very helpful and the room had a professional look to it. The chairs were set up, not very comfortable, but overall a great experience.

Nice stay; no problems that others had. Wish Wi-Fi was available in rooms, though

We stayed at the Ramada last weekend as we were told of their nice pool area. We were extremely disappointed in our stay however. The door keys would not work each time we needed to get into the room and we had to walk to the front desk at least five times during our stay to have the keys reset. Not convenient, especially considering we had an infant with us. The exhaust fan above our room was extremely loud and prevented us from getting any sleep until I had complained around midnight. The front desk staff were nice enough, however when we complained to the general manager, he totally blew us off. Very disappointing. We paid money for access to a quiet room. Didn’t have convenient access without having to traipse down to the lobby frequently for new keys, and certainly didn’t get a good night’s sleep listening to the exhaust fans. We’ll never patronize this place again!

Indoor pool, weight room is lacking in weights but has running equipment. Rooms are nice and reasonable well priced. Great if you have to go to the Mayo. Also. free breakfast.

Good value and location. Free shuttle to Mayo Clinic facilities, airport, etc. Fairly quiet despite nearby freeway. Dated structure but well-built and clean albeit in need of a remodel. Wall-mounted HVAC better than most, quieter and older, with a thermostat for setting room temperature rather than the usual«dial-a-guess.» Moreover, the HVAC was mounted to one side rather than below the window, so it blew over a table and chairs rather than onto the bed. Lots of storage and a spacious bathroom counter. The counter was much too low for adults and the bathroom lighting was quite inadequate to shave, especially under the chin. There were two serious maintenance deficiencies: the dead bolt would not enter the striker plate and the safety grill on the blow dryer was broken, both possible violations of applicable codes.
