Great buying experience. Price for quality very competitive. We received platinum protection and have used it for chocolate stain and kool aid. Both times my dogs live was spared because of thier customer service. I will most definitely go back when purchasing more furniture.

Warning!!! I purchased 4,500 $ worth of furniture. one piece came damaged, broken. When I wanted to return it for something else because of poor quality I was told I had to pay a 30 percent restocking fee. In my opinion that was the worst customer service I’ve ever expearienced. When I went in to try and explain it was damaged they threatened to call the police for talking to loud. DONTSHOPTHERE ! You can get cheaper and better quality elsewhere. Updating… It turns out I only had to pay a 15 percent restocking fee. But had to purchase other items to make up the difference. Because there would be no money refunded. So I reluctantly picked out new items. A 149.00 rug, 80.00 for two throw pillows and a recliner. The rug came flawed,(could have gotten the same rug for half the price at a big box store) and the recliner doesn’t close unless you kick it! lol. And had to pay delivery on new items, even though they were picking up my damaged item.

We spent alot of money buying a mattress set and a dining set here. We had an issue with the chairs on the dining set which wasn’t properly finished and looked of cheap quality. we tried to return 2 of the chairs for replacement, but the customer service was giving us a hard time. We picked up the 2 new chairs a few days later and they had the same issue, but had finger print marks on the finish. All and all I would not shop here again

First, please read my original review, as it details my difficult and problematic experience with this company. I had more to say, so I included an update. Someone I know also had problems, so I’d like to share her story. One person I know bought four mattresses because each one she got was defective. The receptionist gave her a really hard time, much like they did me, saying it was«not covered under their warranty» when in fact it was. After battling, the receptionist realized her mistake and made the change. This new mattress, however, was also defective. She traded it for another. Defective! She got a fourth. This also had issues, but she ended up quitting and purchased a new one from a different(and better) company. They also sold her a product they had in their showroom that they didn’t actually sell anymore, and hadn’t sold for 6 months! It was a dining table, and they NOLONGERHADIT! The delivery guys showed up with a different product. She had to go to R&F and fight them for four hours. Four hours it took for them to realize and admit their mistake. She received the wrong product, and again, R&F gave her a hard time. They let her take the floor sample becuase they said they were throwing it out. They gave her a $ 50 discount and told her to pick it up. Seriously? She catches your error, you drag her through all this effort, and then you only give her a slight discount on a USED table that you’re going to discard, ANDTHEN you make her pick it up?! That’s just disgusting. Deliver it, and give it to her for free. That’s what I think is fair. Anyway, she and I and a friend with a truck went and got it. It looks nice, and I’m glad she’s happy, but she’s just another customer that R&F pushed away. Avoid mattress shopping at R&F. Their sales staff can tell you nothing you can’t read on the tag, and their quality control of their products is nonexistent. Basically, order whatever you want. You’ll get what they decide to give you, and it will likely be defective. Also, why does R&F think it’s fair to give«store credit» on defective merchandise like mattresses? They think its fine to sell something expensive that people like, only to receive it broken, and then make them buy other items in the store they didn’t intend to buy? If it’s defective, give them their money back. It’s not like they can even take another chance at the same mattress all the time since they may have stopped selling them. Besides, if they do, what’s the chance that this one won’t be defective too? Again, I urge you to read my original review which details my personal issues, particularly with customer service and quality control.(The link is right below.) I really want to see this place succeed and stay in business. I like this store, but it can’t last with its practices and really terrible customer service.

Quite expensive, even for a furniture store for this branch. I didn’t find the selection of furniture to be that diverse which was odd enough for a large store. I would expect there to be more staff on duty and it made the store feel empty. I certainly will not be taking my business here anymore… Value City seems like a better option at this point.

Was not impressed with this store at all. I found them to be overpriced for their quality of merchandise, and the salesperson we dealt with was not particularly well informed about their products. We ultimately went with another store.

This location is totally understaffed. There’s usually only 2 people working. The service is thus slow. We waited way beyond a reasonable amount of time to get anyone to initially help us. Staff(greeter then sales rep) will tend to send and refer you to each other. Customer service is not familiar with promotions they promote in their store. How and why that is possible? I’d say poor planning and a lack of professionalism. The pick-up area and process is also another unreasonable wait. I regret purchasing anything here and I most definitely won’t be back.
