There are few companies that provide such excellent customer service that make me want to write about it. Redwing is one of those companies and the Redwing store in Southtown Plaza is a shining example of incredible customer service. I have purchased several pairs of Redwings and enjoy my experience every time I go to the Southtown Store. Craig is a sales consultant there who has helped me find the perfect shoes each time. In addition to great sales service, they provide free cleaning and service for your boots to help maintain your investment. If you’re going to purchase a pair of shoes or boots, make sure you stop by Redwing at Southtown first. They make it worth your time.
