Rochester Collision Center

First time at a body shop, so glad i picked Rochester Collision Center. The whole process went so smoothly! luckily all repair costs were covered under my neighbors insurance since she accidentally backed into me which might have had something to do with why i enjoyed this process so much, not having to pay for any of it– but still– a representative met me there to go over damages and give me a quote, i made the appointment, coordinated with Enterprise as my rental service for the repair time and voilà, the car was fixed a couple days later! when i picked it up to my surprise they had completely detailed the inside, like i mean this thing was CLEAN! which may be standard for body shops to do but i was happily surprised by it! i also like that they are open at 7am during the week, and are open on saturdays– unlike most other places i checked, which is good for me, having to work 8 – 5 weekdays, they made it so easy to find a time that would work for me!

Had to fix my husbands car after a accident. Worked with us on the price and insurance claim! Very happy! Thanks for doing such a great job!!!

Fast, convenient, and a great price for such quality work. They got my work done in about half the time I was quoted at from 3 different body shops. I would highly recommend this collision center to everyone!

Just like there sign says! These guys do amazing, quality work at a fair price! Having had to have some out of pocket work done on one of our cars, I was worried about paying through the teeth. Luckily, Kevin and the guys there made my wife and I feel completely comfortable that honest work would be getting done without feeling like you need to take a shower afterwards. It’s hard to find people you can trust with something so important.
