I went in to purchase a charger for my ipad and also my iphone 6. When I asked first about my ipad charger the gentleman pointed out the only charger in the store. I didn’t know it was the only charger, so I asked if he had one that had a longer cord. He flipped his head and huffed and said its to old they only carry the one and marched off without helping me further find my other charger. I just left and went to Best Buy Mobile and got what I needed. Will not be doing business there I see. Very rude staff… the other employee was on the phone the entire time I was wondering the store.

My MacBook Pro crashed and I couldn’t revive it, so I was planning to go to an Apple store in the Twin Cities, but decided to see if Rochester had any Apple repair store and found Simply Mac online. It was well worth the 55 minute drive each way. I dropped off my laptop and was impressed with both of the employees that helped me. Normally they can diagnose within 24 – 48 hours, but my visit hit the weekend, but they were finished in a few days. I was very please when they told me they had given me a discount because they took a little longer than expected. That was surprising and my laptop is now restored to «like new» condition. I couldn’t be happier with the friendliness and the service provided. They also have all the extra products that you might need for your Mac. I will definitely use their service again. I highly recommend Simply Mac in Rochester’s Apache Mall.
