We went back to Sleepy’s in Rochester to by a mattress for our camper. We were lucky enough to have Michael as our sales associate again! He makes purchasing a mattress easy and fast. If you are in the market for a mattress, speak to Michael, he is knowledgeable, honest and very pleasant to work with. Oh and our mattress was ready for pick up the next day!!! Doesn’t get any better than that. So if you are in the market for a new mattress, don’t look any further than Michael at Sleepy’s in Rochester!!! Thanks!!!

Well, I did what I said I wouldn’t do. I went back to the Sleepy’s store in Rochester, NH. BUT, the only reason I did was that I found out that Reed Ryan was working in that store on that day. I can not tell the management team at Sleepy’s what an honorable and customer centric employee they have in Reed. I tried working with someone in another store where he used to work, but that salesperson wasn’t listening to what we were saying. I asked to get a message to Reed and he called me back twice. We met with him and bought a new mattress for a Christmas present. Thanks again Reed and Sleepy’s… He’s the reason you got my business again.

Terrible experience. Went into the store mid-May to see what they have. Told the sales lady we didn’t want to spend a lot on a bed. She took me up to the front of the store and showed me a $ 2800 bed. Left. Went back with the wife on 5÷30÷14. We negotiated a price on an adjustable bed we wanted, they told me delivery was an additional $ 100, ya not happening, so that came off too. Salesperson promised me we would have it within 2 weeks. Two weeks went by, no bed, no calls, so I called on the afternoon of 6÷13÷14. Same sales guy looked it up, said it was due to be delivered on SEPTEMBER9th. Not acceptable. He promised to call me first thing on Monday when the warehouse was open again. Monday came and went, no call, so I stopped by since I was in the area. Sales guy that promised to call me wasn’t even working, it was his day off. So much for that promise. Guy in the store made a few calls, promised it would be delivered in 3 weeks, which would be 7÷7÷14. Computer called us on Sat 7⁄5 to confirm delivery for Tuesday 7⁄8. Truck did show up on time that day. Setup the bed, part of the bed went up and the motor died. They couldn’t get out of there fast enough with the busted bed, store promised to deliver a new base within 2 days. Had to sleep on the floor for 3 nights. New base finally delivered on Friday 7/11, 6 weeks after ordering. Will never set foot in a Sleepy’s again.
