The place was clean and grounds well-kept though the main building smelled of a lot of mold and the mini-golf course was full of weeds. We only wish that the staff could have been more kind. The operator, Stan, seemed to get frustrated with everyone and was rude though he seemed to feel he was being funny. We came to relax and he had us and other campers uptight as he roamed the camp in his golf cart supervising everyone and calling out anything that he didn’t think was optimal; exact position of a camper, placement of picnic tables, posted signs that were unreadable. He would need to dial down his approach if we were to consider returning.

Our family camps regularly and comes to expect a certain level of hospitality to be upheld by a KOA. With that being said, the grounds were well maintained and bathrooms were more than acceptable. The main issues we had were with the customer service. The manager was rude to us and many other guests, and the support staff was generally inhospitable. We are unlikely to return to this facility.
