Very nice store. They also stock sportswear along with all the big brands of athletic shoes. But they also carry Hoka and Newton. I’m not a pro runner but I like good shoes. i got my Newton running shoes here and they are the best running shoes I’ve ever purchased. They were over $ 100 but they are amazing. The people who work here are all runners and are very helpful in selection. You need that when your going to plunk down a lot for a pair of shoes. I also bought reflective night running tights and jacket, Nike. If your a serious runner you should definitely check this place out.

Came here to get a new pair of running shoes and the staff was incredibly helpful. There only seemed to be one or two employees working, but luckily, there weren’t many customers, so I got their full and undivided attention. I ran on the treadmill and they watched my ankles and what not to see what types of shoes I would need. The employee hauled out about ten pairs of shoes and patiently and enthusiastically told me the pros to each one and even watched me on the treadmill again in two additional pairs of shoes before deciding on which one to purchase. Runners in Rochester – check this place out.

Nice store. Good selection of gear. Compared to the other running store in Rochester this place is nirvana.

I like the store and their products. I know they do a lot for the local running community but my schedule never seems to match their events, but any running store that has local events gets a thumbs up from me. The staff is very nice, but sometimes it’s a bit frustrating. For instance, a few weeks ago I got some emails from them announcing and amazing sale to begin on Saturday. I’m a sucker for a running sale so I showed up shortly after they opened. I looked around and other than the tiny clearance rack that’s always there, I saw no signs of a sale. I asked the sales girl if there was a sale and she said there was, but the manager was out back trying to figure out what was on sale. Huh? The morning of the sale and NOW you’re trying to figure out whats on sale??? Not good. Most stores set up their sales the night before. This isn’t something that would cause me to stay away because their products are great and the prices mostly reasonable, but I would warn them that they do have competition right down the road and situations like this do turn some people away.

As a relatively new runner, I had no idea what to look for when selecting shoes. After a quick gait analysis on the treadmill, they had me in a variety of stability shoes. I found a pair that feels great, and I can already tell the difference from my old neutral shoes. I was tempted by their nice selection of clothes but restrained myself for that visit :) Nice to support a local business!

Found this place by chance as they share the same turn as Trader Joe’s. It’s a new local store that caters to runners and everything they could want. There are items for running, cloths for running, stuff to run with your dog, nice comfy women’s clothing when you are not running and even comfy non running shoes. It seems the owners stock it with the things they like and turns out, it’s a great selection. Guys are friendly, not pushy! Decent prices ad support local business! Oh, they also have a treadmill to check you gait in the shoes you try on.

I was so happy to find this store. I needed to get a new pair of running shoes and they had what I needed. The salesman/co-owner put me on the TM in a neutral shoe to see my gait. I knew I needed a slight stability shoe, but he confirmed it. I was given 4 pairs to try and found the perfect match. The shoes were exactly the same price on Zillow, and I got to support a small company. I’ll be back once o put on a few hundred miles on these shoes. Great store.
