Food average — Nothing special. Waitress rude & never came back to check to see if we had our food. Which we didn’t after 45 mins. Manager did nothing but promise that they were working on it! No desire to go back. Poor customer service. Made no adjustment to our bill or no offer of a free dessert. Try someplace where they care about their customers!

Went on a recommendation of good food. We were not disappointed. The place was busy but we didn’t have to wait long for a table. Not an empty one in our section the whole time we were their and the entire staff was kept hopping. Our server, Cynthia, was great! Friendly and efficient, she seemed genuinely interested in being as helpful as possible. The rolls, as others have said, are excellent; soft and hot. The cinnamon butter is very good but a little too sweet for our tastes for dinner, and we were gladly brought ‘regular’ butter. The peach margarita was large at a fair price and excellent, as was the tall Blue Moon Belgian White. We have a new favorite — the fried pickles, first time trying, are fantastic. Our entrees were the filet and shrimp Texas Combo and a 12 oz ribeye. We both chose a Caesar salad and mashed potatoes for our sides. Whoever said in one review that the potatoes are instant was 100% incorrect. I am a connoisseur of potatoes in every form and know what I am talking about. There were not instant potatoes. Now, mashed is one thing, and whipped is another, and what most people are used to are whipped potatoes, THOROUGHLY mashed or even have had a mixer used on them. These were mashed, with small, un-whipped pieces throughout. This is not going to be to everyones’ liking, but we loved them — real potato flavor. The Romaine lettuce was cold and crisp, the Parmesan cheese genuine and freshly-grated, the croutons fresh and crisp and the Caesar dressing as it should be. Our cuts of beef were done medium rare, as ordered. I had the ribeye. I have had ribeyes that were a little more tender than this one, but this one was nothing to complain about, as many of those others came with a heftier cost. The flavor exceeded my expectations for a chain steakhouse — full-flavored and seasoned perfectly. My partner’s filet had a nice caramelized crust from the sear, and was as tender as the filet we paid twice as much for(15 years ago) at a Ruth’s Chris(very good but overpriced and overrated). I cannot comment on the desserts; there was no room. This was the first time, ever, I did not finish a steak; I could have opted for the 8 oz cut. I overdid it on the fried pickles and rolls but it couldn’t be helped — they were that good. So I will have a nice ribeye sandwich for lunch. The only *minor* complaint is the peanuts. Nice touch, but they are salted in the shell. Makes perfect sense when you are in the business of selling drinks along with food, but no salt for me. The excellent meal we had along with the great service has put this restaurant down on our list of places deserving of repeat business. We’ll be going back.

First time visit. There was big hole in our booth seat, and it seemed the padding was a bit thin. However, the service and food were pretty darn good. My wife ordered the chicken&us alas, it was pretty good sized and she said quite good. I ordered the fried chicken and it was also very good. As the wife was putting her salad in the doggie bag, the server even offered her another order of the bread to go if she wanted. That was pretty nice(even though she declined) :). I would definitely go back again.

Stopped for dinner last night with a friend, waited about 10 minutes, service was good, place was clean, food was great, price was right too. My only complaint would be the noise level, very noisy place, but will go back for sure. I ordered the Road Kill platter which came with two sides, delicious, and because I was there before 6:00 pm it came as an early bird special so even better.

I give them 3.5 stars. I came here on a Sunday evening and it was quite busy, we waited for 45 minutes. We were served their famous bread with the cinnamon butter. I could not stop eating it, the bread was hot and soft. I ordered the rib eye with steak fries and sweet potato. The steak was soft and had a lot of flavor, I did not need any streak sauce. The steak fries were seasoned and had a lot of flavor. The sweet potato was covered in marshmallows and had cinnamon butter, heavenly. My fiancé ordered the ribs and he said they were delicious. Our waitress Cynthia was awesome! TR is also known for the peanuts and throwing them on the floor, I don’t like littering. The noise level was really loud and it seemed like every 15 minutes, people were yelling or screaming about something. My friend used to have their VIP card where you wouldn’t have to wait in line, he paid $ 350 for it and it came with some other perks. He said they did away with it this year because other people were complaining about VIP not having to wait in line.

Don’t waste your time or money! Waited 45 minutes for 2 burgers. Once they came, we didn’t even eat it. Looked gross, rubbery and disgusting!!! Complained to the manager who comped our meal. He also gave us a gift card to come back– but we will NEVER go back!!!

This was not one of my better experiences. I was immediately seated and given a basket of the words smallest rolls. They looked like they hadn’t been allowed to rise all the way or something and were extremely salty(even for me!). I ordered the pulled pork dinner and it looked like they had scraped the pulled pork out of the bottom of something it had been sitting in all day. There were hard pieces that I couldn’t chew. That said, the baked potato was huge and the salad was good. My guest ordered a steak medium rare and got something that was at least medium well. The service very friendly and prompt. There was nothing he could do about the poor food.

It’s not bad. I’m not sure we need another BBQ/Steakhouse restaurant in Henrietta, but this one of pretty good. The steak isn’t bad, but I’m not a fan of the buttery/greasy cinnamon bread that is served to the table. I like a little bread with my meals, but I want to choose what to put on it. It’s a pretty mediocre steakhouse in my mind and I can’t really think of much else to say. There is a clear and defined theme to this restaurant, from the decorations on the walls down to the line dancing about every 10 minutes. I feel bad for the servers that look like they are required to get in a line and perform some dance to a song. Please make it stop, if not for the employees, then please do it for me. It was very distracting and quickly became annoying. I’d much rather go to Sticky Lips or Longhorn if I’m in the mood for BBQ or steak.

Always an enjoyable experience at Texas Roadhouse. Nice onion applitizer, very large salad — fresh! Something for everyone here, I’ll have to try the steak next time, pick your own… looked good in the display case. Never had to ask for a refill, the server was always there(thank you). The staff was friendly and helpfull. They told us the wait would be 20 minutes, we were seated in 10 minutes, just enough time to enjoy the barrel of peanuts.

I love it here, and I keep going back. But service seems to be slipping, and I often send my food back. It’s not that hard to cook a steak guys. Even so, this is one of my usual haunts, and I will be back.

I really liked Texas Roadhouse when I went. Their sweet bread is so yummy and you must have it with their cinnamon butter. We got a blooming onion as an appetizer which was great, and then afterwards I got ribs with two sides. I couldn’t finish it! I like that they have cheese fries as a side. My parents got the sangria which they liked! During certain songs the waiters and waitresses stop and dance, it is entertaining! There are peanuts on the floor! I heard if it is your birthday, they make you sit on a saddle. Try it! :)

Apparently the cook didn’t know how to cook the steak to med well but to give me rare instead. The bartender thought it is not rare and complained to another waitress to take care of it. Ironically, the bartender wore the shirt with«I love my job!» On the back. Hmm

Surprised the rating is so low. This is a great chain BBQ-Steak house. The ribs are great and meaty. The chicken and pork chops are juicy and flavorful. We love the chicken fried steak/chicken… Really we love everything here honestly. The BBQ sauce on the side is so good and always warm — Love that! They bring out warm, fresh yeast rolls with cinnamon butter to start. The service has always been excellent and their prices are super reasonable.

Even though this is a chain. This is a great BBQ place. The food is awesome. The yeast rolls are the best thing with the cinnamon butter. I have had all the sides they are really all good. I really enjoy the Pulled Pork, BBQ Chicken breast and the Chicken Fritters. You can eat peanuts are rend throw it right on the floor. They have a nice beer selection too and Coke products.(I love Coke products).

What can I really say about Texas Roadhouse, besides its a poor excuse for a steak restaurant in the Rochester area. However their were some good moments to the dining experience, and going for the theme alone is worth a one-time visit. Speaking of theme, the restaurant does a great job living up to the«look» of what it would be like to be inside an actual Texas Roadhouse. I enjoyed the eating/throwing of the peanuts on the ground. It was neat walking around a floor covered in peanut shells. Plus guests continued to eat the peanuts, and toss them during the whole dining experience. As you walk by to your table, you will pass this awesome cooler showcasing all there steaks(although as I left the restaurant I wished my steak was like the ones in the cooler). Service was AMAZING throughout, from the moment we came into the door to the end of our meal. Our server was very informative, giving my date and I many tips on what’s good to drink and eat. The general manager did a great job on checking out all the tables on a routinely basis as well. DRINKS: Top notch margaritas!!! I had the Jamaican Cowboy(Malibu® Rum and DeKuyper® Peachtree® Schnapps with orange and pineapple juices, along with a splash of Original Margarita), and the Hurricane Margarita(Captain Morgan® Spiced Rum, grenadine, orange and pineapple juices blended with Original margarita). They give you an option to add in a kicker to your drink, and you totally have to do it if your going to get the whole margarita experience there. It comes in a cool glow stick like tube in your glass filled with various liquors(I had the Gold Kicker: Margartiaville® Tequila Gold & Di Amore® Quattro Orange). Heck, just come here for the drinks and appetizers really. APPETIZERS: I have to note throughout your entire meal they will serve you this amazing warm honey bread, with cinnamon butter which is delicious. Probably would say its up there with the top breads I have tasted in the area. Be Warned: Do not fill up on the bread, its addicting. The Fried Pickles were out of this world, which was a basket of pickle chips delicately hand-battered, golden-fried and served with Ranch or Cajun Horseradish sauce for dipping. The pickles were so good on their own, I forgot all about the sauces that came with it. The horseradish sauce was utilized for my Rattlesnake Bites: freshly diced jalapeños and jack cheese, hand-battered, very lightly-fried in a bite shaped form. It had a nice punch to it, with the Cajun horseradish being a good compliment. ENTREE: This is where the whole meal takes a plunge like going down a roller coaster real fast. I ordered the Texas Combo: Ribeye and Ribs. I placed my steak with MED-RARE temperature, and when it arrived at the table it was RARE as can be. I was chewing on it like I was a dog, and so was my date. The amount of blood and grease on my plate was saturated. The ribeye itself looked beaten up and shriveled. Their was absolutely NO flavor or seasoning in their ribeye(it’s steak for amateurs). The ribs weren’t even better, completely dry with lack of sauce and seasoning. My date said«it was like chewing cardboard». The sides tasted amazing which was this warm honey glazed sweet potato topped with cinnamon butter, nicely seasoned/sauteed green beans(which I did not have to chew), and a House Salad with a warm tangy honey mustard dressing. The Sides did not make up for the lack of effort put into the main entrée. At this point in the game we did not move into the dessert round. Having well past crossing the finish line with the lackluster entrée portion of the meal. Overall: great for first timers, amazing service, awesome Roadhouse theme, throwing peanuts, margaritas, appetizers, honey cinnamon bead, and AMAZINGLYBAD steak and ribs… I WILLNOT be back.

Let’s say it has it’s own Texas feature. I went there for a friend’s birthday. It was a Saturday evening. It gotta vey busy. We were waiting probably for half an hour. They have some saddle and let every birthday person ride it. My friend rode it. It was fun. Just wish the saddle could move. Let’s talk the food now. The bread was good. Butter was super. I had sirloin steak and ribs combo. The ribs were cooked for three days so the bone and meat were very easy to separate. It was just a little dry. Some part was burned. Overall it was not bad. The sirloin was ok. I tried my friend’s filet. It was way better than my sirloin, much tender. Margarita there were great. I had Jamaican cowboy. It was delicious. Also came in a large margarita glass. My friends got original cranberry margarita. It was a little sour to me. Overall the drinks were good.

I’m a sucker for this steakhouse chain. Maybe it’s those endless baskets of hot rolls and cinnamon butter. Or, it’s the way that they offer to make anything marginally healthy come in «loaded» version, as well. Either way, this cowgirl got a hankerin’ for a honkin’ piece of red meat and some shoppin’. Giddy-up! Texas Roadhouse is just a lasso-throw away from Marketplace Mall. Texas Roadhouse might not be the most rootin-est, tootin-est steakhouse this side of the mighty Missisipp. The theme is wood-paneled, All-American steakhouse. However, there are troughs of peanuts in bags when you walk in, and metal buckets to throw the shells. Greeting you across from the host stand are those fresh-baked shiny loaves of bread in a basket with cinnamon butter when you walk in(there is an option for matte rolls, unbuttered, as well). They also dance and sing for you on your birthday. That kind of place – and sometimes just what I need to make my skies not cloudy all day. I ordered the 8oz sirloin, prepared medium-well, and it comes with your choice of two sides. I chose a «loaded» sweet potato and a caesar side salad. The portion for the caesar salad was huge, with garlic croutons, lots of parmesan cheese, and maybe a little too much dressing. I was happy to find that my steak was perfectly cooked and lean – a miracle at chain restaurants. For the house steak sauce, think a tomato-ier version of A-1 and barbeque’s lovechild. The«loaded» sweet potato means that it comes with a crown of toasted marshmallow, under which is brown sugar, butter, and a hint of vanilla. Yee-haw! The lemonade comes in glass-handled jugs, and if you want a bigger slab of meat, you can pick it out from the glass deli case when you walk in. The service was friendly and little bit mixed-paced, but the food came out right away. The place is fun and fast, just like the Wild, Wild West.
