if I could give no stars I would. Do NOT ship internationally from here. they admitted not knowing the procedure and months later they are still sending us invoices and then credits for the shipment. everyone we speak to on the phone is rude beyond belief and they even asked our family members for cash at the door to get their Christmas presents in France after we spent hours on Christmas Eve paying the fees up front. they still can’t coordinate with France even after we have shown them receipts. totally inept rude and horrible. save your blood pressure and go elsewhere!

Horrible customer service!!! Somebody at the desk named Brian helped me and he was very rude and clearly has no clue what customer service is. I even tried to joke with him, not even a smile and he rolled his eyes a few times when I had basic questions. It is convenient where it is located but I will drive well out of my way to avoid this place.

Joe was extremely helpful! He helped me ship a few large boxes and made sure to find the cheapest rates. I will definitely be shipping from this UPS store from now on!
