This review refers to the Tim Horton at East Ridge and Goodman St. It is closest to my home so I’d like to rate it better. The service is somewhere between slow to non-existant. Many times I’ve waited as long as 5 minutes while several people walk back and forth without acknowledging my presence… then walking out. The store is typically messy, the tables cluttered and the bathroom filthy. It is, possibly, the worst in Rochester. I’ve been driving past it to the Lake Avenue/West Ridge store where they know how to service a customer.

My favorite Tim Hortons in the area. People are friendly and they never mess up my order. They care about customer satisfaction. If something isn’t right, they’ll correct it for you — no hassle. The staff is great! :)

Went in for coffee and a donut on 7⁄9 am… …as I was walking in a lady was emptying out the garbage stopped what she was doing to wait on me — she DIDNOT wash her hands before getting my order. Although I watched to make sure not one part of her hand touched my donut, luckily it didn’t. …then the coffee gave me the shakes too. Not pleased.

Used to come to this location all the time. Never again. Ordered an ice cap, was never asked what flavor I wanted and they practically threw my donut at me. Worst customer service ever!

This place is delicious but the chicken sandwich was dry. I would have liked it better with ranch dressing.

For a quick dash it’s alright… sticking with the coffee… but OMG Chai Latte is NOT made that way! Why say you even make them? Don’t screw with my tastebuds like that please! I had to drive to another establishment right away to fix the problem… A tea bag in hot water with steamed milk is NOT a chai latte… sorry. don’t do it… don’t order one… save yourself the disappointment… Stick with the coffee…

What, 4 stars for a chain restaurant? While it’s no Java Joe’s, Tim Horton’s delivers a good cup of coffee! Plus, if I do want a donut(and who doesn’t want a donut from time to time?), I find the Horton donuts to be quite palatable(though they’re not Ridge Donuts or Donuts Delite by any stretch of the imagination). Frankly, a Dunkin Donuts donut gives me agita. Protip: Tim Horton’s North American coffee is brewed in Henrietta NY!

I heard numerous times from family in NY and Canada that Tim Hortons was THE place to go, especially for donuts. I was not that impressed. Granted, I did not get donuts this trip, I was expecting more. I ordered a chicken ranch wrap, a cup of soup, grilled cheese for my 2 year old and a drink. It was overly priced and not that great.

TIm Horton’s is great. I frequent this location the most and have always had pretty good service. They recently turned this in to a Coldstone Creamery /Tim Hortons split. I haven’t tried the Coldstone stuff at this location, but the Tim Hortons items are definitely good. There coffee is amazing and their maple doughnuts rock! Their turkey bacon club is also mighty tasty. The only thing that could make this location better is if they sold the Canadian Maple doughnut, which I’ve only ever seen in Canada.
