Do not use them if you have an alternative. We have been without hot water for five days. They ordered the wrong part for a hot water heater we installed through them less than 2 years ago. Instead of just driving to the twin cities to get us the correct part they let it filter down through the mail. when I called today to complain about not having hot water. The manager of the office actually laughed during our conversation. We have 4 boys and have had not hot water for a week. They think it is funny some how and do not go out of their way to correct their own mistake. If they would have told us it was in the twin cities we would have just drove and got the part down here and done their job for them. Bad customer service. Even if all of this happened please don’t laugh about it like it is a joke to you.

Good, great, fabulous, wonderful. That sums it up. I know zilch about heaters and AC’s. But, I know when my heater doesn’t work and it is 10 below. What I didn’t know is where to call. Based on Google searches and reviews, I knew a few companies to steer clear of and decided to take a chance on Tonna. Unfortunately, my heater is a million years old and needed a specialty part. I called around and really, it was a specialty part. We had to order from the manufacturer and, the best they could do was overnight it. So, that left me in a very cold house for the night. Tonna offered to bring over heaters and they brought 4 over, at no charge, right away. It helped me make it through the night. They were very professional and seemed very fair(though, again, I dont really know how much thing should have cost). But, the fact that they made an extra trip to their warehouse to get heaters and bring them to me for free — sold me.
