It’s a great store to browse and get ideas, but if you don’t buy it when you’re there don’t expect it to be in stock when you return. The last couple toys I came back to get were out of stock when I returned. They need more staff for the holidays the line was to too long.

The selection of toys is not that big. The prices are ok, the good thing is that you can price match with printed ads and websites. The customer services is very good, employees always greeting you and helping out.

One of the worst in customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve had so many underwhelming experiences with the employees, the most recent of which involved my returning a gift with a gift receipt and the agent requiring me to look around the store for the clothing items to confirm prices. I am more disenchanted each time I shop there. No more! There are too many great stores out there with better merchandise and options, happy to receive your business!

Was in last night helping my son spend his birthday money and I noticed the present we had bought 3 days earlier was now on sale for $ 10 cheaper. The guys up front were really nice and let me show them my reciept and gave me the $ 10 and change difference in price! This experience raises my review a star in itself for great customer service! Other goods: their selection on pretty much everything is better than the big box stores, they have a free rewards card, they tend to run good sales to keep themselves more competitive, usually able to find 20% off coupons on my phone to use on my entire purchase Not so good: their regular prices seem to average about $ 5 more expensive than the big box stores

I love to shop at toy r us, Since my first baby born… Mostly all the experience were pleasant, until today I mean 10 minutes ago, My daughter loves little pony and we been buying it for the last few weeks, and we bought two same little pony, so I went and return it. So I went up to this lady name KIM, and I told her need to return, and she asked me why and I told her I bought an extra, she no even said hello or smile!!! And I was told by one of the manager that I can use a 20% off from my phone . She try to scan it but her scanner doesn’t work, she kinda mumble something that I can’t hear quite right and tool her about 10 minutes or so do that return, and she just hand me the receipt without saying anything… I will still go to toy r us to shop but I will skip her … Unbelievable customer services!!!

Horrible customer service!!! It’s not so much that I did not like the answer I received from the manager Jen about possibly discounting one of their larger ticket items, it was the rudeness with which she did it. «We don’t do that here.»(insert derisive voice). We’ve spent a lot of money at Toys R US in the past, even though they were far from the cheapest, just to keep business local. But I must say, I will not be going back there for a very long time — if ever!
