Wow — these guys are fantastic! I have a copse of unusually large choke cherry trees that needed heavy pruning — Urban Tree did a careful, professional job removing dead wood and suckers, and never injured the tree house in the midst of the trees. They also took care of raising the canopy on my maple — they exceeded all my expectations, and they were careful to communicate with me at each step of the process.
Cleanup was impeccable.
They were even incredibly kind and patient with some neighbor troubles that required them coming back a second time. And the price was very fair. I’m so glad I hired them!

Just had a couple of trees taken down. one was a 100′ pine that was pretty close to the house. .Ed, Rob, andRobs helper did a great job. Would definately recommend and use this company again.

I’m not a fan until I do more for me, but there was a few things I’m complaining about. Had to call their super over because they crew weren’t sure while they were working, part of our fence was messed up, our phone line was accidentally cut, but overall you can trust them to cut down your trees.

Be very wary, they don’t complete jobs! We had 2 pine trees taken down in May and the 6 ft trunk sections are still sitting in my yard almost 8 weeks later! We finally cut 2 of them to burn because then never came back. They were also supposed to fix the holes that the trunks made in the ground and they haven’t done that yet. The guys who cut them were very good (my kids liked watching them) but how can you get paid and not finish the job? I will add more stars if they ever come To finish the job. If your looking for a job to be complete don’t call Urban!

They are the best!!! They have done tree work for me before and they just keep getting better. I had a tree fall across the street onto my property during the Halloween snow storm. They removed all the brush and cleaned up the side yard. The best!

–Weaving the cherry picker through tight spaces and agreeing to avoid a few existing wood piles, etc., they only caused one minor problem: They marred one of the pieces of siding, but they will be returning next week to replace it. Will upgrade to 5 stars if they come as soon as they promised. –
Just as they promised, a guy was here this morning at 10 and removed the cracked piece of siding so he could match it up and then replace. He replaced it at 1:30 and bought an extra piece just in case we need it. Great job, polite, etc.
And just as I promised, I upgraded to 5 stars and paid the bill. Highly recommended.
