Wish I could select negative stars. Completely horrible customer service for an order for vinyl fencing we attempted to place. Some jerk from your company hangs up on my sister but not before demanding that she «take it or leave it because he had 4 other calls to make.» Then he tries to call her right back. Wow. Is that how you treat potential customers? So I found your Facebook page and wrote a post. Rather than respond and be professional, you swiftly remove the post and block my access. Way to go Vinyl Fence and Deck. You won’t be able to keep your image sanitized forever. #vinyldeckandfence.comsucks
