Vision Collision

Outstanding job. My Audi got some deep scratches down to the metal from a wind blown sign at a local car wash. I was very apprehensive about fixing it. Worried about color match, fading, paint blend etc. I would challenge anyone to find the affected area. Both shop managers were courteous, professional and had my car ready as promised. I would give them 6 stars if poasible! Great job guys!

One of the reasons I’m glad they’re demolishing the East Ave Wegmans parking lot is because it was a constant traffic jam, which a couple months back resulted in my rear bumper getting smashed in by a distracted driver. I drive a Hyundai Accent and when I called the Henrietta dealership, they recommended I visit Vision Collision for an estimate for the repairs. I live downtown and a drive out to Greece is a bit of a haul for me. Regardless, I made the drive out there.
I met with Doug who did looked over the damage and knew exactly what needed to be done. He recommended they replace the bumper and repaint a small area where the bumper attached to the body of the car. After comparing a couple estimates from other body shops, I decided to go with Vision. I dropped my car off on a Sunday (left my keys in the dropbox) and a day later received a call saying it was ready. I thought I would be stranded without a car for at least 2 – 3 days (based on what the other body shops told me). When I asked how it was done so quickly, Doug told me they had the parts in the shop, the painter came in early to do the job and it was ready to go in 24 hours. I was thrilled by the final results (see photos). The staff was great to deal with — friendly, helpful, and explained in detail the steps necessary for the repair. It was affordable too — not that it made much difference to my wallet since the guy who hit my car paid for it.
If anything else happens to the body of my car, I will definitely be bringing it back to Vision Collision. Great work!
