Vittorio Menswear & Tuxedo

Upon engagement last year we sought out different places to rent suits /​Tuxes and I submitted my e-​mail and mailing address to Vittorio Menswear. Within a week we received a catalog of what they offered, as well as a personal note from Matt. We were very happy to meet with Matt and his wife shortly after and immediately chose Vittorio’s for our Tux rentals. We made a few changes along the way and they were very accommodating. We were HIGHLY impressed with the Customer Service and Product line offered!!! Their personal attention to detail made our decision to patronize a local business easy.

Talk about service!!! Matt demonstrates what customer service should be! They made my husband a custom made tuxedo in just a few days and it fit him like a glove! I can’t thank you enough Matt for making things so easy for us and stepping in at the last minute. Look no further if you want great quality and great service!!!

Anyone out there planning a wedding can tell you that open heart surgery is probably an easier experience. Wedding vendors nickel and dime you, give you the run around and make careful notes of all your requests… only to epically screw them up a week before the wedding.
This place was one of the few easy encounters we had. Matt was friendly, informative and quick to add in his opinion– which we need because we are stupidly indecisive! We loved the final look of the guys and the whole experience left me warm and fuzzy because it was so easy and fun.
Bonus points: they have some kick ass cuff links. Superheroes, Star Trek, hobbies, all sorts of goodies! We bought some months earlier for our guys and wished that we hadn’t so we could’ve given Matt more business.

I am in the Gilda’s Club Bachelor Auction and Vittorio is the sponsor donating the tuxedos for us. I went in on a Sunday afternoon for my fitting and was greeted at the door and helped immediately. Everyone was very friendly, very helpful, and I had a great conversation with them while getting fitted. I had never been in before but I took some time to look around and the different tuxes, suits, etc they had looked great and of very high quality. I may be back as one of my next purchases is going to be a tailored tuxedo to avoid the need to rent one at any time in the future and despite the fact that I am a huge fan of another local tailor, I may see what they have to offer in the form of custom tailoring in the future.

Matt and his staff were incredibly helpful as we got tuxes for our recent wedding. We were planning our Rochester wedding from our home in California, and Vittorios rolled with the punches answering questions over phone and email, receiving measurements from out-​of-​state-​groomsmen remotely, and setting up fittings for the few times we were in the area before the wedding. The tuxes themselves were gorgeous– high quality and a beautiful match to the bridesmaids’ dresses. A final fitting the day before the wedding ensured that everyone had a perfect fit, as any alterations were made on the spot. Throughout the process, Matt was friendly and extremely knowledgable. We learned a lot of tuxes! We were even able to add an order for my nephew at the last minute. Highly recommend!

The folks at Vittorio will take care of you. I’ve rented and purchased men’s formal clothes from them and have been very pleased with everything they’ve done for me. They are LOCALLY owned and are part of a national network that bridges wedding parties scattered in different cities. They also have a master tailor who works on site!

Thank you very much Matt! Everything was great. This is definitely the place for all your tux rental needs! We had 10 tux rentals for my wedding, including a 6 year old ring bearer. There’s a tailor on hand for any last min alterations while you wait. They are very accommodating for any style that you want. And since we were out of town, we used the network and had local places do the measurements and send them in. Great place!
