Poor communication and attitudes galore if you question anything :(Switched to another pharmacy the only positive is that they are always open. Store in general is poorly stocked.

This place is horrible. Not only are the employees absolutely miserable and have absolutely NO customer service skills, it’s one of the few places in Rochester that is open 24/​7, which means that pretty much any time after the sun goes down, the place is swarmed with super sketchy Rochester folk, even more sketchy than the ones you’d find there during the day.
Their pharmacy prices are ridiculous, but it’s convenient if you need a script filled in the middle of the night.

Pretty awful. Poorly stocked and to say that the employees are less than helpful is a gross understatement. Too bad as it’s conveniently a 24 hour joint. Oh well. If able, would steer clear of here.

Stay away! They take forever to get a prescription ready. And if you need to call, don’t you will wait on hold for 10 min or more! We won’t ever be back to the pharmacy. It’s really only useful for 3am when your kids are sick and need medications
