Dirty, poor service and dry dry dry food. Ordered a double stack and I was shocked at the poor quality. The burger was worse than any convenience store food. I wonder if the owners know how shabby their store is. Food on the floor, no straws, not one clean table in the place. To top it off, my money was given to me in the shape that is was given to them– folded and crinkled.

I know I know I usually don’t rate any chain restaurants. I don’t know why I think it was the way I was feeling I needed the Cure. The Cure was a big sloppy fast food cheeseburger. I have used this medicine before especially in my drinking days and it was a hit. Home run. The reason I am doing the rating it’s because the man behind the counter, the young man who was so polite so accommodating and so genuine it was breathtaking. Seriously I do not think I have ever encountered a young man behind the counter who was as sincere has this man. unbelievable. Wow

Worst service ever. The slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Half of the place is empty. Not a busy time. Waited for an hour for my food.

This place is a joke. Management is rude and seem to care more about goofing around and having personal conversations than taking care of any customers. Wouldn’t kill them to run a broom thought that place or waive a couple tables off. Went down hill the last couple of months. Get it together. It’s not that hard to run a fastfood joint or to even work in one!

Fast food is supposed to be uniform and quick. I don’t expect gourmet food not do I expect high end ingredients. I think it is fair to expect a consistent product and for it to be made quickly.
Today (as has been somewhat common) we got food that was subpar for Wendy’s national standards.
As an example I ordered a chocolate
Frosty shake… the chocolate was completely unmixed and the whip cream was smeared over the outside. Shouldn’t it be properly mixed before adding whip cream?
I am attaching a picture.
More and more the Burger King is winning my loyalty in this area… or the culvers.

Burgers and fries were fine. Chilli was good. The problem was the raspberry tea. It was totally waterd down. Went back to the counter to get a new one. Even though they weren’t busy the service was slow. Second raspberry tea was as bad as the first one. Left a bad impression on me as how this particular Wendys is run.
