I don’t need corrective eyewear, however, I like to adorn my face with an extra set of eyes from time to time. If you have a cool set of vintage frames and want some new glass, or are looking for a custom color, this is the place to go. The prices are more than fair, and they’re willing to work with you to meet your needs. It’s worth noting that I visited several opticians before I ended up at Whelpley & Paul. The big box stores wanted north of $ 100($ 187 in once case) for some custom tinted polycarbonate non-prescription lenses. Whelpley & Paul charged me ~$ 50 for the same service, and even let me paw through the back stock of vintage lenses to come up with exactly what I was looking for. I’m definitely coming back with my next set of frames…
