Nice little spot. Lots of flavor combinations and lots of toppings. Their cups are one size and it’s easy to overfill them. So, watch out if you come here with kids! And, one full cup is easily enough to share with someone. The place is clean with some seating inside. They also have seats outside when it’s warm out. Sign up for the free rewards card if you plan to come more than once too.

(3.5) Typical frozen yogurt shop. It was good froyo. I liked that they also had other options for people who like custard and gelato. It was moderately priced which was nice. They have a wide selection of toppings for the yogurt as well. I also liked the music playlist that they had in the background in the shop, all 2000s throwbacks! Nice atmosphere to hangout with your friends!

I loved the place. From the flavors of different yogurts, the colorful toppings and the beautiful ambience, this place floored me completely. I tried out some amazing flavors and it was a complete bliss. I would highly recommend this place if you are a fan of yogurt and ice cream.

It is nice to have a frozen yogurt place in the newly budding College Town area! You’ll find the typical lineup of yogurt choices along the wall and several toppings. Compared to other frozen yogurt chains Yotality does seem to have a superior amount of choices for topping options that include everything from fresh fruit to red velvet cake. As a previous reviewer mentioned, this frozen yogurt is standard. I’ll go one step further and say that the Pittsford location is the best that I’ve tried and they have just as many toppings if not more available for patrons than the one on Mount Hope. If you’re already in College Town for dinner, you might as well give Yotality a try for dessert. It is convenient and a nice addition to the area.

Customer service was ok until the clerk had a huge sneeze at cash register which kind of killed it for me. Limited flavors bit lots of toppings. Average at best and expensive.

Good frozen yogurt. Try the salted caramel. The toppings are numerous and, quite frankly, gluttonous. Everything about this place is so preciously American — all-you-can-eat, pay by the pound, serve yourself. It’s the craze in fro yo and I can’t say that I’m not a fan. The kids who work here are kind of uninterested in what’s going on, but I guess that’s to be expected. Be careful when filling up your cup — it’s so easy to pile $ 6 worth of deliciousness into your single helping. I’m glad this Yotality is in College Town.

Worst customer service, small selections of yogurts and the clerk working there was the rudest. Even thou the shop was empty they manage to piss off a customer that was waiting for friends Infront of their store.

As others have said, this is a standard fro-yo place. Nothing unexpected, and they seems to have a majority of the same flavors every time I have gone. There are several different toppings, sauces, and they also offer a waffle cone if you don’t want a dish. It is priced per pound though, so it can add up fast if you aren’t too careful. They also have a rewards card, although I am not sure how they give rewards as it’s never been explained… Tip: they do have sample cups if you ask for one!

very limited selection of yogurt flavors and toppings & absolutely no customer service. while i was picking my toppings, the employee who worked tonight stood right beside me to clean right in my way and proceeded to chuck a wet washcloth directly over my yogurt into a bucket, and then use the same dirty hands to stick spoons into my cup of yogurt. she didn’t talk, smile, greet us, or anything… like a robot… i give this place one star for hiring a robotic basketball player. i would never return because the disgusting attitude and sanitation was enough…

This is your standard frozen yogurt place in the cool new College Town area. Parking is a joke-tiny parking lot with very few spaces so carpool if you’re going to the area. It’s a self serve place where you pick the toppings, etc. The yogurt is good but doesn’t have as big of a selection of yogurt as a lot if other places. They also don’t have very much fruit in comparison to other places. I always like to get the plain yogurt with blackberries, strawberries, raspberries and fresh pineapple. Maybe they will have more selection when the weather is nicer/we were also there pretty kate so they may have run out of fruit. Either way, last night they had no raspberries, blackberries or fresh strawberries! I had to fill my cup with chocolate instead(hehe). They did have a lot if unique toppings like cotton candy fizz, birthday cake bites and frosted animal crackers. I’m just more a fruit girl when it comes to froyo so can’t give this place more than three stars ;) Also, the place is very clean-bonus!

Went here with my son last night. Staff was helpful and friendly. The frozen yogurt was also pretty good, one of the better places that I have tried in this city. Very clean place. But parking is terrible(its very tight and small parking lot, I’m surprised it fit as many cars as it did) and its somewhat more pricey than other frozen yogurt places. But I’ll come back if I’m in the mood for a frozen treat.
