I love this place… Have been only going for about a week but the staff are very friendly and helpful… great workout to relief stress and awesome burn! If you aren’t sweaty and tired of this you are doing it wrong! Lol

I took part in a groupon and joined this club for a month. It is a really great environment and the owner is very friendly and the staff is helpful. They kept me involved without having that military feel to it.
My wife wanted me to try it before we joined the club. I guess I am the test subject. Well they passed… I do recommend this location.
I like that the workouts change daily. So it keeps things fresh in my mind. It felt clean and organized. There was a decent flow of members coming in and out and it was never too crowded.
It does not have a gym feel to it. And the fact that I can be done fast is a plus.
