I would like to personally respond to Mr. Mase’s review. Any honest business owner who receives any complaint takes it very seriously. When I read Mr. Mase’s review I was curious to find out the specifics of his complaint. I asked Mr. Mase when he rode, from where he rode, where he went, and how much he was charged. After 2 months there was no response from Mr. Mase. After receiving no response from Mr. Mase about specifics(and still haven’t), I thought it was a good idea to explain to him that hundreds of millions of people who purchase goods and services everyday sometimes must pay first before they receive what they paid for. I honestly don’t understand why Mr. Mase doesn’t know this. Mr. Mase, If you can ever respond to my specific questions with reasonable evidence to back up your claims then I’ll be glad to listen and investigate. If not and you continue to make unsubstantiated allegations in a public forum without being able to do so then your just making it obvious to everybody why your upset. Being asked to pay for your fare upfront isn’t an unreasonable request and anybody who owns a transportation service knows this very well. Mr. Mase, If you think this business owner isn’t going to call you out on that… then your wrong.

I left a bad review for this service months ago(because the service I got warranted it) and recently was inboxed/harassed by a staff member because of it! Not a professional company!
