Friendly, courteous staff. Had to go here for pre-​employment test. Have I been in better site? Yes. I am only there for a short moment so it is OK. The location is not as obvious so know that it is in the shopping plaza with Tuesday Morning almost to the half way point. You enter the door and follow hallway to the last door in left.

Pathetic customer service. Over 2 months and no return calls or answers to why I still don’t have my results. Fees paid in full, disclosures and releases done as requested. Nothing. Their corporate side was no help as they put off to the franchisee. The staff and manager, Trina Ricks are useless and could care less. There are other lab options, don’t use Arcpoint.
