Now I will start off by saying I am NOT a huge fan of their drive thru only because the windows are tinted and you can’t see the people have handed you your food however my in store experience was quite different there was a young lady that was working the cash register who told me that they were not prepared to use the new burger King app that will allow you to pay for your food to your phone only because I left my wallet at home at that time and didn’t want to go back home to retrieve it to pay for my food so rather than her come give me that disappointing news as I walked out of the store she brought me and my two toddlers the food that we wanted and told us that it was on the house. That experience alone was enough to have me go back as a customer
