Meeting Bob Provost from Comfort Systems of York County was a pleasure. I had several other water company’s come to my home to do there talk and show how much issues were with our city water but when Bob came over we talked for a while and he showed us the gunk that was in our water system that we drink everyday and believe me that was not a good thing then bob left us his card and information if we were interested it a filtration system for our home. A few days passed me and my wife talked about meeting Bob and were very impressed that he never called us back to push us into a system do to all of the other company’s would and it was annoying. We met Bob on Saturday August 22^nd and I called him on Tuesday August 25^th and he came over and I signed the papers for a new EcoWater system for our home plus also purchased the Reverse Osmosis system for the kitchen and also purchased an Air Oasis NANO system Induct Air Sanifier for cleaner air in our home. Bob installed the EcoWater System on Saturday August 29^th with Technician BRYON POOLE and it went Awesome. Bryon did a fantastic job building both units and Bob is a great Person and Salesman for Comfort Systems of York county you are very lucky to have such a great person selling for you company. Bryon Poole worked very hard all day to finish this rough install by himself and with the help from Bob when needed. Bob Provost and Bryon Poole are very professional on how they deal with the customer and they deserve APPLAUSE for all they due to get the installation completed. Great Team Work Bob and Bryon. I called because my water softening system was out of salt much sooner than expected and it appeared mold was growing inside the unit. Bryon came out within the hour (on a Friday after 4pm) and was so nice! He cleaned the unit out and it looked brand new! He also looked at a drain in the crawl space that is clogged and overflowing every time the unit cycles leaving the ground wet. I had asked the previous plumber who installed the unit to come out and he never came back to check it out — he didn’t seem anxious to help or offer any solution or alternative. Bryon was eager to address the problem and offered a couple of solutions to try. He is scheduled to come out this week to try to unclog the drain and has a plan B in mind if that doesn’t work. So nice, so helpful and seems very knowledgeable about the system. Thanks Bryon!

Our air condition recently quit working. We called Comfort Systems and they sent someone out in a hurry. The young gentleman was VERY polite, and new exactly what was going on. Thank you so much Matt Lowder. Your awesome. I recommend this company to everyone!

Horrible customer service, especially from the owner who seems to only want to collect fees & then if there’s a problem, too bad. He refused to work with me to correct a problem or refund my money for a faulty system, which a home inspector said was clearly a HVAC issue. I have it all documented. He never even bothered to try to understand the issue, got the facts wrong, wouldn’t go in the crawlspace because «he didn’t want his pants to get dirty». His claims of good customer service are a joke.

We had a problem with our AC unit, though not exactly sure the problem. From the moment I called to the knock on my front door it was 2.5 hours! Very quick to respond, find the problem & give us a couple options. Matt L was the service gentleman who showed up and he was very polite, professional, helpful and informative on a couple different topics! The hard start kit has been working fine now after a week and was a more affordable solution than a whole new unit for the time being! Bryan and Collin of Comfort Systems installed an EcoWater Systems Water Conditioner/​Refiner in our home today. We have hard water and this will soften it. Comfort Systems does good work. They are easy to work with.

Comfort Systems is one of the most professional business that I have had the privilege in being associated with. They assisted me in getting or A/​C unit working again at our camp for kids in Rock Hill. Matt and Travis were great in helping me explain on what was going on with my unit and able to assit.
