My husband and I have lived here for a year now and we’re very happy we chose this community. Maintenance is excellent! Also close to shops and restaurants. We hope to be staying for a few years. We recommended it to a friend who now lives here as well. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 rating is because of the gym (equipment does not work; hoping it gets fixed soon).

I am starting my tenth year as a resident of Cushendall Commons and would like to say that I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quick service that has been received from the maintenance team. Anytime that I need them they are there no later than the next day depending on the time of day that I call in a request for service.
I would also like to mention that I am out walking my dog late at night and very early in the morning and feel 100% safe in this neighborhood. The grounds always are very well kept as well.
The staff is nothing short of the best there is.
On a scale of 1 to 10 this community is definitely a 10 and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment.
