They were very quick and it was the easiest rental experience I’ve ever had. The staff was very friendly.

I normally rent a car from this location once a month and it is always understaffed. The people normally are very nice. On Saturday I had a reservation. I waited for twenty minutes with only one person ahead of me. The gentlemen working said he couldnt leave to take us to our cars because he was alone. I then asked if I could just come back later in the day to pick up the car. He said no that was not possible and they didnt have any compact cars available anyway. Needless to say I left and went to Hertz. I understand being shortstaffed but that was the last straw.
