Friendly staff. Good parking. Regular Hampton Inn breakfast. The décor and fixtures seem to be a bit tired. The door handle on my room did not work correctly.

Not clean rooms! Comes with a variety of amenities and it is confidently love cared right next to the highway, the only thing I did not like was the breakfast it was very simple and not very good otherwise it was a good stay!

Extremely pleasant! All amenities are very nice! Quiet, good night sleep. Coffee 24/​7, very good. Breakfast was very nice, lots of variety. Staff very pleasant all the time. Our room was well appointed, we had two rooms adjoining. Had an issue with two things that were handled immediately. I will return here when needed. Nice to know Hampton takes pride in their hotels. I am a smoker and much appreciate the nice area to accommodate that. Sorry for the jerks who throw butts in the ground.

This hotel was very nice! The pool was a good temperature, they had free cookies, and very clean rooms! My only complaint would be that a staff member was smoking by the pool when we were in it. Great place to stay!

Chagrin Falls, OH
Needed a place to stay on the way to Hilton Head while traveling with our family dog. This place was great. Exceptionally clean, comfortable beds and bedding, microwave and mini fridge, free breakfast. Nice and quiet too, staff was very accommodating. No extra charge for dogs under 25 lbs.
