Just moved down south from the dc metro area. I was ecstatic to hear about the only ledos in the Carolinas being nearby Charlotte. I drove 20miles to rock hill to have some. But I wasn’t impressed at all. they didn’t have a lot of things that day that were on the menu. And my precooked bacon pizza had regular bacon, not the precooked bacon. And my other pizza was missing an ingredient. As she brought it over, she named them correctly, but I was missing a topping and the other had the wrong topping… Our friends buffalo fries were beyond hot! They stopped eating it. All of this stuff i’ve eaten before at home and has always been great and delicious. Also, My appettizer has always come with ranch dressing on the side at home but I had to ask here. Oh. and. there was no parmesan on ANY tables! At a pizza place! Y’all need to get it together! I’d love to see the ONE ledos nearby be successful so I can enjoy going there and getting my favorites. Otherwise I just may have to my own Ledos and do it right. You could have MANY repeat customers if it was done properly. Please get it together and strive! I’d love to continue enjoying my ledos pizza down south.

Lifetime Ledo’s fan here. Grew up eating it in MD and was so excited when they came to SC. We’ve been to the Rock Hill Ledo’s several times, but we’ve finally had enough of the inconsistent service. Don’t get me wrong, the food can be good if the phase of the moon is just right. But, the lack of service was really apparent, and our waitress was downright rude when we mentioned we’d been there an hour without food. This is in no way a reflection of the beloved MD Ledo’s, just this Rock Hill location. Don’t waste your time with this one, and don’t let this one jacked up location taint your view of Ledo’s.

We decided to try Ledo’s once more after numerous friends mentioned their pizza and suggested we just ordered the wrong menu items and the sauce was the best. The restaurant was loud, we had no utensils until right before our food arrived — the server indicated that there was a large party in the back room(half the dining room was empty), one would have thought they would have had prepared for regular guests. The pizza was salty, the pepperoni was thick and chewy, the amount of grease was a bit ridiculous, the pizza was extremely hot, there was no serving utensil. The taste was no better than a school cafeteria’s. Second time, definitely bit a charm.

Went in for buy one, get one free calzones on a Tuesday. We’re good… not the best I’ve had, but far from bad… and getting 2 for $ 8 is a great deal(especially since they could really be split). Love pizza and plan to try it soon… is just more expensive than most pizza options so I’ve been reluctant.

We wanted to try something different and heard from a friend that Ledo’s had great food. I always prefer a local small businesses over the food chains, looked at the menu, and thought it looked great. We arrived around 7pm and seated ourselves. Essentially, the wait staff told us hello as we walked in, then proceeded to look at us 4 different times without ever acknowledging that we were there. A table of 10+ and a table of 4 came in after us. Both were greeted and served drinks. We were just about to leave after 15 minutes when a waiter came over to take our drink order. We ordered drinks, appetizer, and our dinner since we already knew what we wanted. The table of 10+ got their drinks and appetizers. The table of 4 got their drinks and then meal. We finally received our appetizer and entrée all at the same time after 45 minutes. The table of 4 had to send one of their plates back because it was wrong. We finished our meal and the table of 10+ was still waiting on their food 50 minutes after getting their appetizers. We both had calzones. The veggie calzone was average and the meat lovers calzone was above average. Service — 2 out of 10 stars Food — 5 out of 10 stars. We don’t plan on ever going back. :-(

Pizza this pizza that. Pizza rules no matter what! Everyone has their own idea & opinion of the perfect pizza. This pizza, LEDOPIZZA is one of my favorites & if I may be blunt, I absolutely f’ing love it! It’s so perfect. Usually buy 2 or 3 cheese only at a time. I love Ledo’s Pizza. Always brings me back to MD.

Ledo’s is a fun place to grab a pizza and a couple of beers. Nice draft selection including some locals, and good service. The pizza is square, and the sauce on the sweet side. Very good in its own way. Stromboli is also recommended. They have live music in the bar area on Saturdays. Get there early to snag a good seat!

I usually like this place A LOT. The pizza and pasta are very good and they have a bar area where you can sit and watch the games. On 3 – 4 previous visits, I’ve had no problems with either the food or service. My wife and I went recently for dinner at 4:30 on a Sunday. The place was pretty much empty except a couple people sitting at the bar and one lady sitting at a bar table. Since it is «seat yourself», my wife and I sat at a bar table. After 10 minutes, we walked out because no one even acknowledged us in that time, let alone took our drink order. The bartender walked past us a couple times and we’re not invisible, so I know he saw us. The other waitress just sat at the bar the entire time watching football and socializing with customers at the bar. I love the food, but if this is how they treat people, I hope they go out of business. Here’s a clue: when you have 3 customers in your whole restaurant, you can’t afford two people walking out because you’re too rude or lazy to do your job and serve them.

Under 500 calorie menu that is incorporated into the regular one makes it easy to accommodate a group with a variety of priorities. The Mediterranean Tuna is really good– and filling. Thankful for options ! Also, our service has always been great. They are great with kids and friendly. Glasses are kept full, which is always a plus.

BEWARE of TAKEOUT… CHECKITOUT… ALLOFIT! I hate having to write this review… but I dislike being ripped off even more. At long last we called in a take out order to Ledo’s… expecting great food, of course. Every dining in experience had been excellent on four separate occasions. The order consisted of one small American Pie, one order of 4-cheese ravioli with Ledo sauce, & one order of spaghetti with Ledo sauce add 2 meatballs. Total a little over $ 31. When I picked up the order, I was shown the PIE to confirm it was what was ordered. AND it was. I should have looked at the other two to-go boxes. When we have been dining in, meals with Ledo sauce(marinara + meat) have had a generous amount of sauce that surrounds the ravioli, and with spaghetti can be seen as more than just a red coating on the spaghetti. The spaghetti nestles in sauce & has 1T-2T of sauce visible all around edges of the served entrée. When I arrived home & the boxes were opened, it was quite obvious that there was hardly enough sauce to coat the spaghetti to make all of it red. As for the ravioli(six), it looks like fewer ravioli than if it had been a sit-down dine-in served portion and about as much sauce as had been in the spaghetti. Based on eating here at least 4 times before ordering carry out, I’d estimate that the TWOENTREES(combined) had the amount of sauce served on a single dine in order of spaghetti or ravioli. AUGH… we supplemented with about a cup of BOTTLED store-bought sauce in order to have enough to serve the entrees properly sauced. Coulda done frozen Stouffer Italian for far less expense with about the same results. I would still go to Ledo’s for dine in except that my wife will not go back(after having declared the American Pie her favorite pizza in RH)… and friends we had introduced to Ledo’s heard the story and will not go back either.

I decided to try this resturant and the great reviews on Unilocal. We decided we will try it again sometime but the Margherita Pizza was not what I expected. Pizza usually has cheese and there was just a small piece of cheese on each square. The sauce was very good but I felt I was eating bread with tomato sauce. Husband got bacon apple pizza and he had lots of cheese. We didn’t like the combination. We think we ordered wrong pizzas for us and will try it again.

i LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, ledo pizza! This is by far the best pizza in town! The crust is perfectly crisp, the sauce has a hint of sweetness, and the cheese is superior to other pizza spots around. I also love that it’s square. I have loved Ledo Pizza since I lived in Maryland, where the locations are in abundance. I now live 25 miles from this location but will drive here weekly to get my Ledo fix! Thanks for coming to(nearby) Charlotte!

Ledo’s has the best pizza in Rock Hill. Their pasta is fantastic as well. In addition to all the awesome food, the staff is simply the best. It is a great atmosphere for hanging out. They also have live trivia on Tuesday nights. So many reasons to love Ledo’s!

As a P.G. county native, I hoped this location lives up to the reputation. I love Ledo Pizza and hadn’t had a square of Ledo’s since I moved to Charlotte 6 years ago. However, that was about to change as I took my assistant out to lunch for pizza at Ledo’s. Our office is in Southpark — next to the mall so I really hoped that it was as good as I remember for a 2+ hour lunch on the clock. Great news: It Is!!! There’s just something about Ledo’s pizza that is beyond compare. The sauce is a little sweet, the pepperoni sits neatly in the middle of each square, and its gooey goodness. I’ll be back

Let start by saying that they must put crack in the«spicy toasted ravioli» it is SERIOUSLY one of the best appetizers I have ever put in my mouth!(sometimes I get 2 orders when I really feel like cheating on my diet) — you must try them! Love the pizza — I highly recommend the«Rock Star» — but I have tried a bunch of them and haven’t had a bad one yet. Also they have drink specials on Fri, Sat, and Sun — well they have the drinks all week long but the specials are on the weekends — they FRESHSQUEEZE — honest to god REAL oranges and limes to make the best«Lido-rita’s» — «Orange Crush» and«Cherry Limeaides» OMG — soooo good! The only reason my new favorite hang out missed«5 Stars» is that they are having air conditioning issues — they need to get it fixed — sometimes the heat just chases you out!

It’s about time! I was beginning to think that this space was cursed! I visited Ledo’s on opening night. The décor is very nice but confusing. Is it a sports bar or Italian restaurant? The seating is nice it is in sections with regular dining to the right and a very large bar to the left. There are wide screen TVs on the bar side as well as the dining side. To the far left there is a separate area for take out orders. The décor does not say Italian Restaurant though. The walls are covered in framed Sports Jerseys. I would like to feel more like I’m eating in a Italian Restaurant if I’m going to spend the amount of money I did at Ledo’s. I ate there with my youngest son who is 13. He had the personal pizza which was very good but very expensive. It did fill him up though which is very good! I had Chicken Alfredo which was very good. I couldn’t eat it all and did take some home. The server was very good and extremely happy to be there. The Owner was there that night and did visit the tables and talked to the customers. Except Mine! I was not very happy with that. Some people he knew came in and that seemed to have distracted him, I guess. All in all I do think that maybe this restaurant will break the curse. It does have a chance. As for me, I’m a single mom with 3 teenagers so I probably won’t dine often due to the high prices.

It’s been a long wait for pizza lovers in Rock Hill. The floodgates seem to be opening lately. However, solid, rectangle-cut, thick pepperoni, greasy, thin crust pizza has seemed to elude Rock Hill and its constituents. Well, here it is. Out of Adelphi, Maryland, comes Ledo Pizza. This isn’t a flash-in-the-pan style place either, this is the type that gains a following. Situated in the«been every other kind of restaurant» location in the plaza along Herlong Avenue, Ledo finally does what every Rock Hill person has wanted for the last 10 years… to FIXTHISPLACEUP! Ledo did exactly that. There is an entrance and counter to pick up orders, a bar to enjoy a couple of beers with coworkers or wash down some of their delicious pizza, and a dining room that finally had some paint, carpeting, and decoration added. The pizza was fantastic and the other dishes I observed other families eating, looked great. I can’t wait to go back and try some of their other items! Lastly, I’d like to address how great the service was. Ledos has only been open for four days, so maybe the servers are still excited to be new, but I couldn’t ave asked for better service! I’m really excited to have Ledo Pizza nearby and foresee becoming a regular! Good luck Ledo; you just need to get people in to see what you’re all about… and I hope I can help.
