There is a mattress store on about every block of Dave Lyle Blvd. in Rock Hill, so don’t bother the guys at Sleepy’s with your business! We purchased two mattresses at this store for delivery at a home we had just purchased in another town. Initially, we were told that delivery was not a problem and were charged accordingly. However, the mattresses got delivered to the Rock Hill store instead, for us to get them to the new town on our own. Thus, we had to cancel the mattresses that we never even had possession of. As for a refund, it took two weeks and constant nudging on our part to make sure that even happened! And after all that, we got shorted the full amount of the refund… Checking today’s bank statement that arrived to see if we’re even square yet– three months later! Nope, haven’t made it good yet… Looks like another call to Sleepy’s. The coup de grace was after all of the hassle and inconvenience to us, the salesperson could not have cared less if we came back as customers again OR if we ever got our refund. He seemed to not want to be bothered.
