1 star-Food good and hot.
1 star– pleasant young lady at the cash register inside.
1 star– order was correct.
No star… all trash cans full and no one cleaning tables in dining room at 3pm.
No star… bathroom (mens) not clean and stocked.

Their system is always down and they do not sell anything unless is a whole meal after midnight. Also bring cash because if the system is down most likely they can’t ring up the orders. They might as well keep the cash…

People milling about behind the counter but not doing anything useful. One customer was trying to get all of her order but an egg mcmuffin. The order was taking so long she was afraid the food would be cold. She wasn’t trying to get a refund, just a partial order and move on. We had been there a couple of minutes, when we asked the person in front of us (at the register) if she had ordered. She mentioned she had been waiting at least 10 minutes. No orders had been taken while we were there and the place was not busy. We left.

Perfectly pleasant McDonald’s with easy access if you’re tooling around Rock Hill (I’m assuming here — I don’t actually tool around Rock Hill often, but it looks to be the case) or if you’re headed down I-77 (this one I do with some regularity).
Friendly and relatively speedy service, though the location itself leaves a bit to be desired. Unlike many other locations, they are situated across the street from other more upscale development — and perhaps notably, the large gas station across the street, which is probably why you pulled off of the freeway in the first place.
