HORRIBLE!!! When they first opened they were maybe ok. I thought that it was because they were new and needed to get the kinks out. Ummm that wasn’t the problem. I live literally in a neighborhood across the street from the 1st location on Herlong. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and had it delivered. 45 mins later still no pizza! I called and they said that Mike himself was delivering it. After 10 more mins went by he rang my doorbell saying that he was sorry that he got lost. Ok how could that happen I could WALK to his store! The 2nd time I dined in with my 3 teens. We ordered the pizza which was good but the bottom was a little burnt. I figured they were still trying to figure out their new brick oven. While there I noticed a couple who ordered the calzone. It was huge! So, 3rd time I had 3 calzone’s delivered. It took over an hour for 3 calzone’s to arrive. When we cut open the calzone’s we noticed that the 2 ham and mushroom calzone’s were missing the mushrooms. The other one was pepperoni which thank goodness was correct. I called and complained about the missing mushrooms. They did apologize for the mistake and offered to give us 2 more for free the next time we ordered. The 4th time was just to get the free calzones they promised. I ordered them but by this time they had moved to their new location across from Northwestern High School. The restaurant was empty and the staff was standing around chit chatting. They gave me the 2 boxes and again apologized. They made up some excuse saying that the restaurant is family run and the guy who made the previous calzones was probably trying to get home to his kids. I personally don’t care if he was it was a simple order! When I got into the car I smelt something burnt. I opened the top box and saw that the entire calzone was burnt! Didn’t turn around and haven’t gone back! I have been in restaurant management and this should have NEVER happened! To give me a burnt calzone is unexceptable! Especially when replacing an order that had been wrong the first time! AVOIDAVOIDAVOID! The High Schoolers won’t even eat there!

They have moved over to Hwy 5 across from Northwestern High School, so hopefully they’ve improved but we haven’t been back. We called in a pizza, and 20 minutes later when I arrived to pick it up, it had not yet gone in the oven. Strike one: bad service. Strike two: flies everywhere. Strike three: mediocre pizza. It shouldn’t be that hard. Hopefully that was an isolated disappointment, but enough for us to go back to Papa John’s for a while.
