I bought carpet from this company three years ago. They said it was stain resistant. They also said if something spilled on it, I could wipe it off with a damp cloth. None of this was true. Anything that has ever spilled on it has left a stained. It now looks like it’s 20 years old. I hate it. We also had new flooring installed in the bathroom. A recent flood in my house required new floors. This revealed that this company had installed the new floor over the old floor. Also, the toilet was not installed properly and always leaked. I called them with these and other concerns after the job was done, never heard back from them. Once I paid them, they were done with me. They had zero concern about how happy I was with their service.
