Closed on Sunday now. Will only do work by appointment now and were rude about it, even for a simple oil change. There are too many other places to go. Obviously they have lost business if they’re not open on Sunday but the Pineville one is.

I have to agree with another reviewer Bobby on this. After 2 employees finished their personal conversation, one of them walked to the front to assist me. I was not greeted or anything. I said how are you today to which I got a fine. Not fine thanks, how are you and what can I help you with. So after a pause of not asking if he could assist me, I told him I needed to get an oil change and asked if they could work me in. I was told if I could leave it for a little while because they were looking for keys to another vehicle and had some appts coming in. Ok, how long are we talking? I was told an hour, or an hour and 15 minutes tops. I come back 1hr and 30 minutes later and my car is still on the lift. Finally told they are waiting on an oil filter. 30 minutes later I am finally complete. Never told sorry for the delay or anything. Bottom line, oil in my vehicle is changed — mission accomplished there, but the underlying story of this place is very bad customer service. I think Sears should implement some employee training for the front staff.

Very bad customer service. Heavy set African American did not seem to want to service anyone. When asked about the services I need for my car he looked as if it was a problem to get out his chair and talk about the auto care options they had. This was the 3rd I went to this location when I was in town and each time it has been the same bad service. I did not get my car serviced any of those times do to the bad customer service this guy has.

Cut me a good deal on oil change, so I guess that’s worth 3 stars. Getting people in and out of the store quickly is not a priority, unfortunately. Three customers made for an overwhelmed staff. Long time to wait for service to finish.
